Can I switch plans later?

Is the Free Plan really free?
- The Free Plan is designed for organizations evaluating asset management and wanting to test SoftwarePac’s core features before upgrading.
- Ideal for very small teams that manage fewer than 100 assets and do not require advanced functionality or dedicated support.
What happens when I exceed 100 assets on the Free Plan?
- You can continue adding assets, but access to advanced features remains locked until you upgrade.
- Reporting, automation, and bulk actions may become restricted once you pass the 100-asset limit.
- You’ll receive upgrade prompts so you can move to a paid plan without losing any existing asset data.
You can use the free plan indefinitely, making it ideal for personal projects, learning, and open-source contributions. Upgrade anytime to unlock advanced collaboration tools and premium features.
Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time.
- When you cancel a monthly subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the month when you cancel a monthly plan.
- For annual plans canceled within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund.
- For cancellations after 30 days but before the full year, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 20% early termination fee.
